Established in 1981, Starlight Farms, Inc. is your choice for local, organic beef! We've been certified organic crop producers since 2010, and are now proud to provide certified organic beef for sale. We raise our cattle from around four days old until they are sent in for processing.
Our Bundles
Quarter, Half, and Whole
Our bundles come as quarter, half, or wholes at $5.50/lb hang weight plus processing. Through our processor, Byron Center Meats, you can get a variety of cut options to completely customize your bundle. We offer free delivery* on all bundles.

Only want ground beef? We offer burger bundles. Get 48lbs. of ground beef for $400.

Market Prices
During the summer, fall, and winter, we are at a number of farmers’ markets. Individual cuts are available at our market stall, from steaks to burgers to roasts. We are at the Ada Village Farmers’ Market, the East Grand Rapids Farmers’ Market, the Lowell Farmers’ Market, Meridian Farmers’ Market, and East Lansing Farmers Market.

Market Schedule
For the 2026 Market Season we will be attending the following markets:
East Lansing Farmers’ Market every Sunday from 10am to 2pm. Located at 280 Valley Ct, East Lansing, MI 48823. From June 7th to October 25th.
Ada Village Farmers’ Market every Tuesday from 9am to 2pm. Located at 7239 Thornapple River Dr SE, Ada, MI 49301. From June 2nd to Ocotber 27th.
East Grand Rapids Farmers’ Market every Thurday from 8:30am to 1pm. Located at 750 Lakeside Drive SE, East Grand Rapids, MI 49506. From June 4th to August 27th.
Lowell Farmers’ Market every Thursday from 2pm to 7pm. Located at 200 N Monroe Street, Lowell, MI 49331. From June 4th to September 24th.
Meridian Township Farmers’ Market Saturdays from 8am to 2pm. Located at 1995 Central Park Drive, Okemos, MI 48864. We will be attending every 1st and 3rd Saturday of the month from June to October. We will also potentially be picking up the 4th and 5th (where applicable) Saturdays as well. Check our facebook to see if we are allowed to pick up these Saturdays.

About our Farm
Since 2019, we’ve been raising holstein and jersey/holstein cattle on our farm. We get our cattle from 4 days old and spoil them rotten their whole lives. They are a part of our family and we care for them deeply. That care is shown in how we follow organic regulations, moniter our animals, and provide them with everything they need for a happy, healthy life.
Our meat is USDA certified organic beef. We strive to bring you the highest quality beef possible and that starts with our cattle. As organic, they are on pasture as much as possible and are only fed organic crops we grow ourselves. You can taste the difference in our beef. Our beef is juicy, tender, and flavorful. Every bite is better than the next. Don’t be surprised if it’s the best you’ve ever tasted.
